These are a locking tabs for the 88-91 Honda Civic 3-door Hatchback cargo cover. They secure the optional rear privacy cover and are a replacement for the originals (which are now 30-years old and are generally broken from use).
These parts are sold as a set of 2. So for each order you'll receive 2 sliders (and mounting screws). And they are sold in black only.
All domestic orders ship via USPS with tracking for $3. International shipping is $14 also via USPS. I ship worldwide!
