Thanks for looking. My name is Greg Spilman--I've been 3D printing car parts since 2013 and have sold and shipped parts to over 25,000 customers worldwide.
The Gregparts CRX Arm Rest is an assembly of 8 unique 3d printed components. All components are interchangeable with OE. The arm rest is designed to drop in like a normal OE part, but it is thicker and stronger than the originals (having not been exposed to 30 years of sunlight and heat).
For now this product ships without upholstery. The upholstery process is easy--just glue on foam and fabric. In addition, in theory the arm rests can also be sanded, primered, and painted to look a little more stock. I write "in theory", because although I've discussed post processing arm rests with more than a dozen customers throughout the years, I've never seen one that was painted, alas.
These arm rests should have metal brackets to get the best installation experience. The brackets secure the arm rest base to the passenger and driver's seats (under 1 screw center rear). Without these brackets, the arm rest is only mounted to the flimsy handbrake console, and it feels flexible. The brackets make it feel solid. At present I don't sell the brackets, and unfortunately as of updating this writing there is no longer a vendor for them ;( . At least one customer of mine has made their own brackets, and they were perfection. I would like to make brackets in the future, someday, so please feel free to email me to be on my notifications list for them.
All parts come with a full instructions manual, plus the hardware to mount the arm rest to your handbrake cover.

The development of this product took me 14-months--most of the time was spent selecting high-temperature and performance/durable materials and perfecting printing techniques for these. Each arm rest takes more than 60-hours to 3d print and uses 1kg (2 pounds) of plastic in the fabrication. I've found that there's about a 10% chance the fabrication process will fry something on my printer (due to the strain of long printing cycles). It's a ridiculous product--it's an example of pushing the FDM 3d Printing process to its limit. I humbly hope that some will consider it a work of art in engineering.
